Nutrition and Diet Coaching

The role of a good contest prep coach is to create a nutrition plan that is specific to the athlete in prep. Each meal plan created by Pete follows the principles of fat loss, but is custom tailored to meet your training, lifestyle, body composition, and genetic needs.

With our coaching services, you receive a customized nutrition program every 2-weeks. This meal plan gives you the specific macronutrient ratios you will hit to retain lean muscle and prevent plateaus from occurring.

Supplement Programming

When used correctly, supplements are a tool that can give you an edge over the competition. Pete has been involved in the formulation of many mainstream supplements and has written extensively on the use of supplements for building muscle and burning fat.

Your plan will include a supplement program custom designed for your needs. This plan will include suggested ingredients and the dosages research suggests to be effective for the intended goal.

Pete will analyze all of your mandatory poses and make recommendations based upon your personal physique. each pose will be carefully constructed so that it showcases your strengths.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls

These conversations will help Pete understand where you may struggle with the program. This allows us to make changes or find alternatives so that the plan works for you.

Email and Text Check Ins

With the contest prep coaching plan, you can communicate with Pete and the team via text or email. This is a great way to get your questions answered quickly so that you can get back to work. These check-ins also help to hold you accountable throughout your journey to stepping on stage.
